Ms. Grefe is a Wealth Advisor and Trust Officer serving clients of Des Moines Metro Credit Union, Premier Credit Union and Advantage Credit Union. She helps individuals with retirement planning, retirement income strategies, investment planning, insurance solutions as well as estate planning and trust administration.

Ms. Grefe has more than 20 years of unique experience in the areas of wealth management, leadership, psychology, human resources, and coaching. Through her diverse professional background, she’s able to help clients financially prepare for or navigate transitions in life to ensure their financial well-being.

Holding a bachelor’s degree from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota, Ms. Grefe went on to receive two master’s degrees. She earned her Master of Science: Leadership Development degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and a Master of Education in Psychology and Athletic Counseling degree from Springfield College in Massachusetts. Lisa also holds Finra Series 7 and 63 and 65 licenses.

Serving as a board member at Can Play in West Des Moines and as a soccer coach in the community, she is able to fulfill one of her many passions to help athletes build confidence and unleash their potential. She is also passionate about coaching clients to successfully overcome barriers and rise above life’s challenges and was the 2024 recipient of the Inspiring Advocate for Women Award presented by the Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa.
